Martin Perry is an independent research contractor based in Wellington. He was formerly an associate professor in the School of Management, Massey University and prior to that he was an associate professor in the Department of Geography, National University of Singapore. Martin specialises in urban and regional development and environmental policy.
His authored books include Controversies in Local Economic Development (voted best book 2012 by the UK-based Regional Studies Association) and most recently Environmental Policy for Business: A Manager’s Guide to Smart Regulation (New York: Business Expert Press).
David advises on complex strategy, public policy and commercial issues. He is internationally regarded for his work in pharmaceutical management and is an expert in both market and non-market valuations. David has advised in a wide range of sectors, including primary industries, healthcare, advanced materials, food and beverage, and in media and digital. David has given expert testimony in New Zealand and Australia, and has consulted in Asia, Europe and the Pacific.
David is trained as an accountant and an economist. He holds a Masters of Commerce from Auckland University and a Diploma in Health Economics from Tromso University. He is a Chartered Director.
Malin works with clients to design and evaluate public policy interventions. She provides both quantitative and qualitative analysis and is experienced within the fields of climate, environment, energy, health and welfare.
Malin holds a MSc in Economics from Stockholm University and a BSc in Political Science from Uppsala University.
